What to expect…
A session will begin with a detailed intake for Nicole to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of your life. Nicole will be asking questions about your general health, your diet, areas of stress in your life, any physical pain or injuries you may have, and about any emotional or mental health difficulties you may be experiencing. Most importantly, Nicole will be interested to hear from you about what issues or stresses you would like support with.
No two sessions are the same. Your session may involve some gentle muscle monitoring, a structural assessment, holding acupressure points, the use of crystals, aromatherapy oils, Bach flower essences, or meditation and visualisations. You remain fully clothed throughout, and although the session can be relaxing, they are interactive and require your participation. You may even be given things to do at home to support the integration of healing between sessions.
